Register (schema-driven)

This page validates field UX before Keycloak. Live registration and VERIFY_PROFILE use the same attribute names as Keycloak User Profile.

Field contract

1. Order, required flags, validation, and mapping keys come from the schema.

2. Extend Keycloak User Profile first; the page structure stays the same.

3. Production registration uses `/accounts/oidc/keycloak/register/`.
